In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the mpo07 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the mpo07 Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. mpo07 applies a zero-tolerance policy to underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

The mpo07 Platform is designed to serve players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open and maintain an Account. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using mpo07 is lawful in your jurisdiction. mpo07 does not accept registrations from residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the mpo07 Platform. Opening multiple accounts (whether in your own name or using a third party's identity) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.

The Platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not use your Account on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate. Any attempt to use automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform is expressly prohibited.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are not acting under any form of legal incapacity and that no court order, guardian arrangement, or mental-health determination restricts your ability to enter into binding financial agreements.

To access the full range of mpo07 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during sign-up. Required registration fields include, but are not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number (+62), valid email address, and preferred username.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. mpo07 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any losses arising from inaccurate account data are your sole responsibility.

mpo07 applies a mandatory KYC verification process prior to processing your first withdrawal request. KYC documentation requirements include:

• A clear, unobstructed copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP, Kartu Tanda Penduduk), showing your full name, date of birth, and residential address.
• A selfie photograph clearly displaying your face alongside your KTP, taken within the last 30 days.
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your mpo07 Account (e.g., a bank statement header, an OVO or DANA account screenshot showing your registered name).

mpo07 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being initiated may result in the withdrawal being declined and the balance held pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. mpo07 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security. You must notify mpo07 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

mpo07 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA is available free of charge to all registered Players and is activated through the Account Security settings page. mpo07 may, at its discretion, require 2FA for high-value withdrawals or when account security anomalies are detected.

mpo07 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

mpo07 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, wire transfers from international banks, or payments from third-party accounts. The name on your payment instrument must match the name registered on your mpo07 Account exactly.

E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Deposits initiated outside these hours or during public holidays may take up to 60 minutes to process. mpo07 charges no deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and by Account tier. Players are advised to review the current deposit limit schedule published in the mpo07 cashier section of their Account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday).
• Weekend / public holiday withdrawals: processed on the next available banking business day for inter-bank transfers; e-wallet withdrawals remain available 24/7.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Funds derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• mpo07 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 within a 24-hour period.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts or e-wallets not registered to your mpo07 Account name will not be processed under any circumstances.

mpo07 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free-bet credits, and seasonal promotions (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day offers). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer and to the general conditions set out in this clause.

Unless a promotion page explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the Account Balance attributable to bonus play may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus carries a Rp 3.000.000 wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is activated.

Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired Bonus Funds are not recoverable.

mpo07 actively monitors Accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus whoring"), or using group or syndicated accounts for promotional exploitation. Where bonus abuse is identified, mpo07 reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse all winnings derived from those bonuses, and close the Account permanently.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from approved studios (including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft) typically contribute 100% of each bet staked towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page and are subject to change without prior notice.

A Player may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms. Where a new deposit is made while a bonus is active, the new deposit may be subject to the existing bonus's wagering conditions before a new bonus can be activated.

All sportsbook bets placed on mpo07 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for that market. mpo07 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where a clear pricing error, data feed failure, or result integrity concern is identified.

Live (in-play) betting is offered across selected sportsbook markets. Bets accepted during a live event are binding once confirmed by the Platform. mpo07 is not liable for connectivity delays on the Player's end that may result in a bet being placed at a price that no longer reflects the live match state; such bets may be voided at mpo07's discretion where the delay is demonstrably material.

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective licensed game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). mpo07 does not control individual game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set and certified by each game studio independently. Players accept the published house edge of each game by choosing to play.

The togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) product on mpo07 uses official draw results from licensed draw operators. Results are published on the Platform as soon as they are confirmed by the draw operator. mpo07 bears no responsibility for delays in result publication arising from the draw operator's systems. Winning payouts are calculated strictly according to the odds published at the time a bet is placed.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, market, and Account tier. Current stake limits are displayed in the relevant product interface at the time of betting. mpo07 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any Account, market, or product at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a software malfunction, data error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, mpo07 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all staked funds to Players' Accounts. mpo07 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time of play.

mpo07 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools and policies are in place to support Player well-being.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account Settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session reminders at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes. When triggered, a notification prompts the Player to review their session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting mpo07 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods begin at a minimum of 6 months and extend to permanent closure on request.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays a cumulative net session win/loss figure whenever a Player requests it from within any game session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title and does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.

The mpo07 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of mpo07. Any unauthorised use of mpo07 trademarks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

mpo07 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures may periodically affect Platform availability. mpo07 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance but is not liable for losses arising from unplanned outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo07 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wagering losses caused by system errors, or failure to receive a bonus for which you believed you were eligible.

Where mpo07's direct liability to you is established under applicable law and cannot be excluded, such liability shall be limited to the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by you during the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) is operated under those studios' own licences and certification. mpo07 does not warrant the continuous availability, accuracy, or fairness of third-party game content beyond the representations made by those studios' own certification bodies. Any dispute arising from a game outcome should be directed to mpo07 support, which will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf.

mpo07 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, mpo07's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, and mpo07 will use reasonable endeavours to restore full Platform functionality as soon as practicable.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Fund balance remaining in your Account (net of any unresolved Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment channel within 5 business days.

mpo07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where mpo07 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player is found to be a minor (under 21 years of age).
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of systematic exploitation of the Platform.
• mpo07 is required to close the Account by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by mpo07 — all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player only where Account closure was not triggered by a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, all funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any relevant investigation or legal proceeding.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo07 is licensed and incorporated. To the extent that local Indonesian law is applicable to your use of the Platform, you acknowledge that you are accessing the service on a voluntary basis and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance with any local laws or regulations relevant to your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through mpo07's internal dispute resolution process (as described in Clause 13) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the arbitration rules applicable in mpo07's jurisdiction of incorporation. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mpo07 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where mpo07 determines that immediate judicial intervention is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

mpo07 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, mpo07 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting mpo07 support. mpo07 recommends that all Players review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing their use of the service.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, or updates to reflect changes in the Platform's product offering — may be made without prior notice, though the "Last Updated" date will always be revised to reflect any change.
